Job Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment pipeline management. The position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IT recruitment, Digital Marketing recruitment, and E-Commerce hiring who can deliver results independently within flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS databases, and Boolean search techniques
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, and notes within the ATS
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet hiring timelines
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience hiring for IT, Digital Marketing, Software, or E-Commerce roles
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, screening, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
