Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-End Recruitment Management:
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and screening to interview coordination, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and ensuring timely delivery of top talent.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates across various industries.
  • Headhunting & Talent Sourcing:
  • Leverage various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Execute headhunting techniques to identify and engage with hard-to-find talent for high-level roles.
  • Build and maintain an extensive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients, including market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Training:
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior recruiters to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team on sourcing techniques, client management, and industry trends.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring team targets and KPIs are met.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
  • Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends, salary ranges, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to the company’s standards and local regulations.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment guidelines.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a recruitment agency, with proven expertise in headhunting and talent sourcing across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, client management, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.


Application Process:


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Rs150,000.00 – Rs250,000.00 per month
