About Pavago:
Pavago is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Management Trainee Officer (RMTO) to support our client’s recruitment efforts. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, phone screenings, interview coordination, and fostering strong relationships with candidates. If you have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for finding top talent, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
- Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and qualifications to create shortlists for hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Job Description Creation: Write clear and tailored job descriptions to attract the right candidates for each role.
- Interview Question Development: Develop competency-based questions to align with specific hiring goals.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Management: Assist in drafting, extending, and negotiating job offers while addressing candidate concerns.
- Onboarding Support: Help onboard new hires by coordinating documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Database Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
- Collaboration with Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will involve sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and reviewing resumes. You’ll coordinate interviews, assist with offers, and keep records up to date in the ATS. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs, fostering strong candidate relationships and resolving challenges proactively.
