We are looking for a Recruitment & Technical Staffing Coordinator to support our Technical Staffing Services (TSS) & Project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the talent database, sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and handling back-office recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
TSS Database Management - Maintain and update the talent pool, ensuring accurate records of potential candidates.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening - Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), job boards, and recruitment networks to identify and attract top talent.
Interview Coordination - Schedule and organize interviews with clients, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Client & Candidate Communication - Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Back-Office Support - Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including documentation, offer letters, and compliance requirements.
Market Research & Strategy - Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
✔ Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
