About The Role

Seeking an engineering leader eager to make an impact! As the Regional Engineering Manager within one of our agile-factory teams, you'll be the spark that drives project efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the engineering department’s strategic plan in alignment with company goals to ensure engineering efforts deliver business results and innovation.
  • Manage end-to-end CAPEX projects at the Mauripur Factory and support MENARP region in engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee plant and facilities capital project management, including design, planning, procurement, and execution of engineering solutions.
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment and facilities.
  • Implement global engineering standards, technologies, and systems to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including DRAP, ISO, OHSAS, and GMP.
  • Align project plans with business stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain readiness of engineering documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Manage procurement of engineering items and capital equipment, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and vendor performance.
  • Deliver engineering KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and transformation goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and safety across engineering functions.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to engineering teams, setting expectations and building a high-performance culture.
  • Develop project feasibility studies and secure alignment with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably *Mechanical or Electrical*.
  • Minimum *8 years’ experience* in utilities, plant maintenance, and handling strategic projects.
  • Proven expertise in *CAPEX project management*, feasibility development, and execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of *production equipment, utilities, and electrical safety systems*.
  • Familiarity with *ISO, OHSAS, GMP, DRAP, NEC/IEC/ACI codes*, and sustainability standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to *plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively*.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to *influence senior management* with data-driven rationale.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
