Regional IS and Ops Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional SndPro ERP Support & Operations Executive to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of the SndPro ERP system within the region. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, provide exceptional support, and drive process improvements using the SndPro platform. Additionally, the role requires strong data analysis and visualization skills, specifically with Power BI, to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Supervise daily operations of the SndPro system, ensuring high availability and performance to meet regional business needs.
• User Support: Provide comprehensive support to end-users, resolving technical and functional issues efficiently. Offer guidance on best practices and system usage.
• Project Coordination: Work alongside project managers to support regional projects, including tracking project deliverables and milestones.
• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective system use. Maintain updated documentation for processes, user guides, and training materials.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements to streamline operations and improve user experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on system performance, usage, and project status. Use Power BI to create data visualizations and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and managing ERP systems, specifically SndPro or a similar platform.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting large-scale projects in a regional level
• Experience with data analysis and creating dashboards in Power BI.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SndPro ERP system functionalities and configuration.
• Proficient in Power BI, with the ability to design and implement insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultural environments.
• Understanding of regional compliance requirements and the ability to adapt processes accordingly.
