Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of sales duties, including supporting the sales team, ensuring stakeholders satisfaction, collaboration with other departments, and running sales reports. With direct oversight and support from the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will help ensure the sales team meets and exceeds goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain all sales related data in the relevant systems e.g. customer data and product related data, ensuring that data is accurate, complete and up to date at all times
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the Sales team members ensuring that information is shared effectively and in a timely manner
- Generate regular detailed sales reports, analyse sales data, and prepare performance metrics for the management/sales team
- Support the Regional Sales team in onboarding new sales team members and/or OB’s by providing ongoing training and support when needed
- Coordinate with the Shopper Marketing/Marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and readily available for the Sales team
- Track, monitor and report on sales related expenses against the allocated budgets
- Identify areas for process improvement within the Sales team and suggest solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Continually seek to review and recommend enhancements to sales related SOPs in order to drive efficiencies and improve coordination and communication between the Sales team and other internal departments
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to address queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high level of satisfaction.
- Strong attention to details and time management skills. Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing according to urgency and customer needs.

Background Requirements:
Education: Minimum Secondary School.
Experience: 4-7 years relevant experience preferred.
