Eligibility Criteria:

Sales & Relationship Management Experience in banking industry (min 2 years) Minimum 16 years of education completed with minimum CGPA of 3.0 from any HEC recognized university KPI Score/Score Card Result/Performance Score of minimum 85% Age - up to 30 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with RDA clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded Create and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive business growth Support clients in navigating cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding client services Evaluate the risk profiles of RDA clients and ensure proper Due-Diligence is conducted in line with UBL’s policies Work closely with compliance and operations teams to facilitate smooth on boarding and ongoing management of RDA clients Track and report on client performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying areas for improvement Provide clients with insights and knowledge about UBL’s products and services, helping them to make informed decisions Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Act as a key point of contact between clients and senior management, presenting client feedback and market trends to influence strategic decisions Any work given by the Line Manager
