} We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global PEP Research Associate to join our compliance research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and updating profiles of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) from multiple countries. This role plays a critical part in supporting our adverse media and risk intelligence solutions used by global financial institutions, regulators, and compliance professionals

.Key Responsibilities{{:

• } Conduct in-depth research on individuals classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) using public records, official government sources, international sanctions lists, and credible news sources
.
• Monitor and update existing PEP profiles to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance
.
• Identify familial and associative links of PEPs where applicable (e.g., close associates, relatives)
.
• Maintain and enrich the PEP database using structured formats and tagging standards
.
• Analyze and interpret political hierarchies, government structures, and public office roles across different jurisdictions
.
• Collaborate with regional research teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across countries
.
• Prepare concise reports or summaries of findings as per internal compliance guidelines
