Research Intern

Abacus Consulting is hiring Sustainability Research Intern to support our sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. This role requires a strong understanding of sustainability principles and a passion for environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on sustainability practices, trends, and regulations. Analyze data and information to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide administrative and research support for sustainability projects. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation on project findings and outcomes. Ensure accurate and timely communication of project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of sustainability concepts, principles, and practices. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
