Job Summary

Al Rehman Developers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage the construction projects at our development sites. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed according to the project specifications, timelines, and within the allocated budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, with significant hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate implementation.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project status, quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure that all construction work meets the company’s standards and client expectations.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
