The People & Culture Reward and Organizational Design Specialist will design and implement HR policies, support HR technology solutions, contribute to organizational design initiatives, assist in rewards strategy, and create impactful presentations for leadership. The role ensures People & Culture strategies align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Design
  • Develop, review, and implement People & Culture policies aligned with company strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure policies are inclusive, modern, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • HR Technology Implementation
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Erp teams to ensure effective deployment of technology solutions.
  • Organizational Design
  • Assist in workforce planning, job architecture, and role mapping to optimize organizational structures.
  • Benchmark and recommend scalable design frameworks to meet business needs.
  • Rewards and Compensation
  • Contribute to the development of competitive compensation, benefits, and performance-related reward strategies.
  • Support the execution of the annual salary review and incentive programs.
  • Presentation Development
  • Create engaging presentations for leadership on policies, initiatives, and organizational design strategies.
  • Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master’s preferred).Strong knowledge of HR policy frameworks, organizational design, and rewards strategies.

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on policy, organizational design, or rewards.

  • Proficient in Erp, HR technology platforms and Google Suit.
