Our business is on a huge transformation journey to ensure that we remain relevant for our customers today & tomorrow Job Description The ability to demonstrate the following skills & behaviours: Data & Analytics – Must have experience in Power BI & Tableau and data analytics but specifically in data interpretation and pulling insights from complex datasets. Ability to understand and assimilate different sources of data and complex information to support with effective problem solving that leads to relevant conclusions and recommendations. Must be able to leverage analytical skills to support the assessment of risk & control environment effectiveness using a wide range of information and sources to identify potential impacts on the business Inspires others – Must be confident to lead a team & inspire others by building rapport, gaining commitment, ensuring that the team have the right skills & setting clear expectations. Embraces diverse viewpoints, demonstrates a growth learning mindset and is open to new experiences to intentionally grow their individual and team skill. Team will be responsible for designing & delivering risk & control insights including strategic dashboards & updates for monthly risk & control governance Insight & Reporting – Must be able to:

• Use expertise to accurately reflect the risk & control environment for the People & Places function, producing key insights to drive actions and progress

• Produce concise reporting outputs

Innovative – Innovates to go faster by taking responsibility for challenging existing processes; being an early adopter of change and viewing advancements in technology as opportunities to help us deliver for our customers & colleagues Useful to have:

• Control Management – Experience of running data-led control management and practical implementation. Ability to provide support to the ongoing development of control tooling solutions to enable the optimisation and automation of the control environment

What you'll be doing! Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the timely and accurate production of high-quality documentation, reporting and analysis to support development of the control environment by collecting risk & control data from a variety of sources and inputting data into standardised formats

• Monitoring and supporting a range of control management processes and activities in alignment with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF)

• Supporting timely reporting on the effectiveness and performance of controls and compliance. Identifying and reporting any deviations to more senior colleagues

• Working with risk and control owner teams to investigate questions related to the existing control environment

• Leveraging insight on controls to identify issues and deliver remedial actions as appropriate

• Assisting the development of the first line control management centre of excellence that supports safe growth and enables high quality customer service

• Manage the monthly data led oversight activity for People & Places

LOCATION: Hyderabad HOURS: Full-time Update to ensure that it aligns to other job descriptions in India: WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office.
