RPA Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expert with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in RPA technologies such as UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere and a passion for streamlining business processes through automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing applications and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of deployed RPA bots.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure that they are functioning efficiently.
• Assist in the development of RPA documentation and user guides.
• Support the ongoing improvement of RPA solutions by learning new techniques and technologies.
• Provide training and assistance to end-users in using RPA tools effectively.
• Work closely with senior RPA developers and project managers to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UIPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Familiarity with business process automation and its benefits.
• Should have experience in Automation Anywhere.
• Basic programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or Java are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of integrating RPA with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Exposure to working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deploying RPA bots.
• RPA certification (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
