Campaign Execution & Enablement
Must-Have
- Assist Product Marketing Managers in planning and executing GTM campaigns for product launches, updates, and feature announcements.
- Set up, test, and optimize marketing workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Support localization and version control of marketing assets for global rollout.
- Manage integrations and workflows between marketing automation platforms, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing databases, lead segmentation, and scoring systems to optimize targeting and nurturing.
- Ensure marketing assets and sales enablement tools (decks, battle cards, one-pagers) are updated and accessible.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, user engagement) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs across the marketing funnel and product adoption lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product and BI teams to analyze user behavior and retention trends.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and feedback loops.
- Coordinate internal marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by building standardized processes, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and lifecycle marketing tactics.
- Understanding of compliance-centric industries (AML/KYC, RegTech, Fintech).
