With an expanding suite of offerings, including AI-driven chatbots, tailored e-commerce websites, and various SaaS business tools, we are seeking a dynamic SaaS Sales Manager to lead the charge in bringing these innovative digital solutions to the market. In this pivotal on-site role, the SaaS Sales Manager will have the autonomy to pursue new business opportunities independently while laying the groundwork for future team development. This position offers the chance to engage with a diverse clientele and contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of SaaS sales strategies and digital commerce platforms, specializing in lead generation, account management, and B2B sales. This role demands an energetic and results-driven individual capable of building and maintaining client relationships, performing end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. By effectively showcasing the advantages of our technology suite, the SaaS Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business development and meeting our revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Dukan's AI chatbots, e-commerce platforms, and fintech services by developing leads with potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and brands.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients by effectively communicating the benefits of Dukan's digital commerce solutions, ensuring that partners understand how to leverage our technology for their success.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals, with the goal of meeting or exceeding defined revenue targets.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to gain insights into customer needs, aligning Dukan's offerings as the optimal solutions to address those needs.
  • Manage and cultivate a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to tailor offerings based on market demand and gather important field feedback to enhance product-market fit.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions, leveraging strong analytical skills to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the competitive edge of Dukan's digital commerce solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) for lead tracking and sales pipeline management, ensuring all activities and communications are documented.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and refine sales tactics accordingly.
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities with the potential to mentor and build a sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance as the team expands in the future.
