Job Brief

We are looking for dynamic and motivated SaaS Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, build strong customer relationships, and help clients maximize their value from our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective customers through research, outbound calls, and networking.
  • Demonstrate and present SaaS solutions to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor SaaS offerings to address specific pain points.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and assisting with any customer issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging SaaS technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex software products and convey value propositions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A bachelors degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or other relevant tech areas.
  • Multilingual abilities to serve international customers.
