Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients across MENA, EU, and US regions, becoming their go-to partner for translation and localization needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, upsell solutions that add value, and maximize Langspire’s footprint across client offices.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to develop tailored proposals and win new accounts.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to scope projects, prepare competitive proposals, and negotiate budgets and timelines with clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions, delivering presentations to senior executives and aligning on business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, understand clients’ sectors and challenges, and translate insights into added value for clients.
  • Represent Langspire with professionalism when meeting clients worldwide (approx. every 3 months).
  • Consistently achieve sales and account growth targets through effective account management, upselling, and business development.


What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales (preferably in translation, localization, or related industries).
  • Strong track record of upselling, client retention, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with skills in reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and manage client needs outside of standard hours when required.
