- Perform accurate and timely data entry of lead and campaign information.
- Monitor and organize campaign responses across email, SMS, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain, update, and clean campaign tracking sheets and CRM logs regularly.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on campaign performance data.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize operational workflows.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (marketing experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and quality.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with marketing automation or email platforms
