About The Role

We are seeking a motivated junior to mid-level Sales Development Representative to support our sales team. This role will focus on generating and qualifying leads, managing CRM processes, and ensuring that our sales pipeline is accurate, up-to-date, and primed for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, events, and industry networks.
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
  • Assess inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM
  • Track lead activity, pipeline stages, and key sales metrics.
  • Work with sales to align on lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and processes.
  • Highlight trends, wins, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales support, business development, or marketing (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email automation tools, and lead databases.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
