We are seeking a motivated junior to mid-level Sales Development Representative to support our sales team. This role will focus on generating and qualifying leads, managing CRM processes, and ensuring that our sales pipeline is accurate, up-to-date, and primed for conversion.

We are seeking a motivated junior to mid-level Sales Development Representative to support our sales team. This role will focus on generating and qualifying leads, managing CRM processes, and ensuring that our sales pipeline is accurate, up-to-date, and primed for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, events, and industry networks.
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM
- Track lead activity, pipeline stages, and key sales metrics.
- Work with sales to align on lead generation campaigns.
- Provide feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and processes.
- Highlight trends, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales support, business development, or marketing (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email automation tools, and lead databases.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
