Sales Development Representative

Requirements:
Conduct lead scraping, sourcing, and enrichment based on the Company offering and ICPs to identify new business opportunities.,
Refine leads and launch targeted outreach campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn and cold calling.,
Track, report and optimize sales metrics relating to individual performance.,
Manage inbound leads to qualify them and to book intro calls with the Account Executives.,
Utilize platforms like Upwork for lead generation and networking.,
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead qualification and follow-up efforts.,
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.,
Open to learning and developing new skills in sales and outreach.,
General understanding of the B2B sales process and relevant verbiage.,
Proficiency in a variety of sales and sales enablement platforms (CRMs, Sequencers, Sales Intelligence/Prospecting etc.),
Preferred experience working in an IT firm or related industry.
