Position Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (OSS) is the primary driver behind the proactive pursuit of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) candidates through self-generated cold outreach initiatives. Specializing in selling first-party collection and flat fee early intervention or pre-collection services, the OSS meticulously crafts targeted outreach strategies utilizing phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagements to capture interest and secure opportunities. Taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, the OSS initiates contact, cultivates relationships, and ultimately closes deals without any handoff component.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control and qualification: Assessing and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Market research and analysis: Conducting thorough research on prospects, industry trends, and market conditions to inform lead generation strategies and tactics.
- CRM management: Proficiently managing and updating prospect data in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and relevance for sales activities.
- Communication and negotiation: Effectively engaging with prospects and driving successful sales conversations through strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales support: Providing relevant information about prospects and scheduling consultation calls to support the sales team in their efforts.
- Knowledge of ideal customer profile: Understanding the characteristics of our ideal customer profile and identifying leads that match these criteria.
- Time management and organization: Efficiently managing multiple leads and tasks, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with sales team members and other stakeholders to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Industry awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Data-driven decision-making: Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make informed decisions for improvement.
- Adaptability: Adapting to changing market conditions, prospect requirements, and business goals to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Continuous learning: Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in lead generation and sales through continuous learning.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales appointment setting, preferably in the debt collection or financial services industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with potential clients over the phone and through email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead generation tools.
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Timings: 8pm to 5am
Job type: Onsite
Salary Bracket: 200K to 250K
