Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, prospecting, and helping to grow our customer base for security cameras and alarm system packages. You will play a critical role in driving sales by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with our sales team to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails to generate qualified leads for our security products.
- Sales Outreach: Identify key decision-makers in businesses and residential spaces and introduce our security camera and alarm system solutions.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with prospects, understand their security needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our security products and services to effectively present solutions to prospects.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activities within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 6 Month- 1 year of experience in Cold Calling, Outbound sales, lead generation, or tele-sales in B2B/B2C sectors.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and adapt your pitch accordingly.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline efficiently, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that help businesses and homeowners protect their assets.
