About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in inbound lead management, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads through Marketing or our Sales Helpline, harnessing your excellent communication skills to understand their needs and qualify their potential as valuable prospects. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. What You'll Do:

Efficiently manage and respond to inbound leads through various communication channels, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services to determine their alignment with customer needs. Engage with potential customers in a consultative manner, identifying pain points and articulating the value propositions of our offerings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification criteria in SalesForce. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your product knowledge and sales acumen. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handovers. Achieve daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally telesales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, with a focus on lead qualification and customer engagement.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
  • Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have.
  • Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have.
  • Be able to work 6am to 3pm Pacific time and varying shift days; Monday to Friday or Saturday to Wednesday
