    }
  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities within the fintech, banking, crypto, and digital identity sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and pain points.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives or Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead progression, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to improve messaging, outreach strategy, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Stay updated on KYC, AML, and digital identity compliance trends to better align sales conversations.


Requirement

  • s1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation (preferably in compliance, regtech, or fintech products).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Proficient in outbound email tools (e.g., Outreach, Lemlist) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent research and profiling skills to identify and engage the right buyer personas.
  • Ability to meet KPIs consistently (e.g., number of qualified meetings, response rates).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fiel
