This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Utilizing CRM tools, LinkedIn, and AI-generated scripts to pinpoint and connect with decision-makers in client organizations, crafting personalized outreach at scale.
- Supporting customers via the self-serve renewals portal by utilizing AI-surfaced content and stepping in when necessary to provide direct assistance.
- Overseeing the renewals inbox, managing customer emails, evaluating AI-generated categorizations and responses, and ensuring swift, tailored communications through Salesforce.
- Reciting monotonous sales scripts all day long.
- Handling routine customer support calls.
- Selling a single, mundane product repeatedly.
- Establishing a positive first impression and embodying company values as the primary contact for potential clients.
- Experience in a role that involves direct customer interaction.
- Proficient in English at a professional level.
