About The Role
We are looking for a sales and operations professional to join our regional sales team as Sales Executive. This individual will drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers, and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities.
Additionally, they will have operational responsibilities, including building a pool of suppliers at the best rates and supporting the team with operations at clients' ends. This person will be the central point of contact within their region and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.
Note: This is a fully outsourced position with 1 year of contract.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Define and implement an agreed sales plan.
- Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives.
- Understand the transportation market and build pool of vendors at competitive rates
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support, etc., to ensure a transparent and coordinated approach in the region.
- Provide regular reporting to ensure other team members as well as operations and corporate support are fully informed of the latest actions and information.
- Establish and maintain professional business relationships with our targeted customers and partners.
- Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales & Operations.
- Should be experienced with any of these, Logistics, Delivery, B2B Sales, or Ride hailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise updates.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
