Job Description

Raast Solutions is looking for a SALE EXECUTIVE / SALE REPRESENTATIVE within the Operations department who shall assist our US - based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (OUTBOUND / COLD CALLING). We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers. Candidate must have Good Communication Skills (ENGLISH) and having the ability to work in Night Shift. Good Listening & Speaking Skills.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling & sales calls to generate new leads.

Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.

Present and pitch company offerings effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.

Maintain a database of leads and track sales performance.

Requirements

Experience in Sales (B B/B C, Call Centers, or BPO industry preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Prior experience in cold calling and telesales is a plus.
