My Tutor Source(MTS) is one of the largest Global Educational Platforms providing services in the Gulf, UK & the US.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Identify and engage potential clients, assess their needs, and offer personalized solutions aligned with our services.
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining organized records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a B2C Sales or Client Onboarding role, ideally within the Consulting, Ed Tech and Education industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft office and Google workspace
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
