Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Power & Utilities at Bureau Veritas Group in Lahore & Islamabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing techno-commercial support, sales engineering, communication, customer service, and sales activities related to Power & Utilities projects.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Power & Utilities at Bureau Veritas Group in Lahore & Islamabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing techno-commercial support, sales engineering, communication, customer service, and sales activities related to Power & Utilities projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development for Power & Utilities product portfolio for the entity of Bureau Veritas in the renewable, thermal, and Hydro sectors. This includes the commercial activities such as market surveys, support to networks, proposals, tenders, etc.
- Establishes sales strategies to develop business in power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market.
- Lead Business Development for all major/key opportunities for the entity in coordination with area offices and business line/functional heads such as Oil & Gas, CTC, Technical Centre, PCA, E&I, etc., as per the strategy defined by the P&U BL Manager.
- Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities, & tenders list for large opportunities in Sales Force.
- Steers and coordinates market sector tribe/network.
- Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the market.
- Identification, preparation, and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.
- Management and growth with key accounts as may be defined by Sales Manager and BL Manager.
- Support BV offices with marketing tools such as presentation material, profiles, catalogs, reference lists, completion/appreciation letters, etc.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power, or in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of Sales/BD experience in the renewable, thermal, and hydro sectors or related.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in pricing strategies, financial modeling, and contracts negotiation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in technical and financial documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and align them with tailored solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
