Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing services in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven sales experience in the healthcare sector, and a deep understanding of the medical billing process. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales with healthcare providers and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US healthcare market for RCM and medical billing services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and physician practices.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and promote RCM solutions, including medical billing, coding, claims processing, and payment posting services to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of services sold to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs to stay competitive in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience in RCM and medical billing services, particularly in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and revenue cycle management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
