Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team .The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and leading sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the target industries.
    • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
    • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts effectively, and close deals.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project handover.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients at all levels.
    • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage sales budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure timely receipt of payments and positive cash flow on all projects.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HSE regulations.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills.
    • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) is essential.
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution (LUMS preferred) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in selling System Integration solutions within the Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • In-depth understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLC/SCADA systems, DCS, HMI, MES, instrumentation, and control systems.
    • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
    • Business Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and industry-specific software applications.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
    • Highly motivated and self-driven.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
