About the Role:

Our client, a leading name in the industrial B2B sector, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing, packaging, or similar industries, with strong leadership and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Lead and support the sales team to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance for seamless order execution.
  • Deliver sales performance reports to senior management regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience—preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
