Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify potential clients and markets, and create plans to penetrate and develop these opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and deliver presentations to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years in sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Availability to work in person and travel as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A successful track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales revenue.
  • Knowledge of industry-best practices and customer management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
