We are seeking an ambitious, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our operations in the South Punjab region, specifically in Multan and its surrounding industrial zones. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in flexible packaging, with a proven track record in client acquisition, managing large regional territories, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct technical presentations and client engagement meetings.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and complaint resolution.
  • Manage quotations, order confirmations, dispatch processes, and payment recoveries.
  • Collaborate with production and design departments for order execution.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with key clients.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on sales data and market insights.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff in the region.
  • Coordinate with head office teams for stock availability and production planning.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings for sales strategy and business development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer retention and repeat business rate.
  • Timely payment recovery and receivables control.
  • Acquisition of new clients.
  • Frequency and effectiveness of client visits.
  • Efficiency in complaint handling and resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / BBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in flexible packaging or laminated films industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of packaging films and laminated materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
