Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales and develop strategies to optimize performance.
Prepare sales reports and deliver presentations to executive management on progress and strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable terms.
Monitor competition, market trends, and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the relevant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and industry trends.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a specific industry related to the companys products or services.
Advanced sales training certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in person at the companys office or designated work setting.
Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
