Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

General responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Identity what steps exist in the sales process and how we continue improving each part of the sales cycle.
• Review sales results and apply strategies to obtain business objectives.
• Support business development by identifying and recommending necessary actions to improve low performance.
• Execute training and development of all Sales staff to maximize sales revenue, including individual and group sales initiatives.
• Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders to manage and communicate critical objectives and targets and hold the team accountable.
• Work with key sales stakeholders to streamline processes & identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Work with product & tech teams to implement process improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the management team, updating and communicating on all performance actions and decisions.
• Ensure that all personnel administer and follow all corporate policies and procedures appropriately.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years experience in sales operations
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at maintaining positive stakeholder relationships while making and communicating tough decisions
• Ability to manage work and problem solve autonomously
• Well-versed in google suite (docs, sheets, slides). Excel Advanced
• Start-up/tech experience preferred
