A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Timely submission of invoices with zero backlog
- Timely reconciliation of all invoices with their PODs (Proof of Delivery)
- Timely payments and zero overdue on day to day and month end basis
- Timely offsetting and clearing of items in ledger
- No new open / unexplained deductions
- New SKU listing/regular updating of active SKU list to ensure invoices don’t get rejected due to non updated article codes
- New Price structure implementation on time and with accuracy to ensure no price difference Debit Notes
- Addressing and resolving queries on disputes, deductions, invoices, payments
- Good data organization and time management skills
- Consistently good work ethic
- Logical thinking and problem solving approach
