Sales Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

Location: Remote - US hours.


About the Role

Hiregummy is hiring a Sales Outreach Specialist (Part-Time) for one of our clients in the travel and tourism industry — a boutique New York–based walking tour company that creates immersive, story-driven experiences highlighting the city’s culture, history, and landmarks.

Your main goal: book at least 4 qualified meetings every week for the Founder through consistent lead generation and outreach.


Responsibilities

  • Scrape and research 30–50 new leads daily (hotels, travel agencies, corporates, student groups, event planners).
  • Run email outreach, follow-ups, and cold email sequences.
  • Use LinkedIn outreach + automation tools (training provided).
  • Send SMS outreach and follow-ups.
  • Make 10–15 cold/warm calls daily to secure interest and book meetings.
  • Build partnerships with hotel concierge teams across NYC.
  • Pitch group tours to companies, travel agencies, and student groups.
  • Track all leads and bookings using Google Sheets/Docs (no CRM).
  • Confirm attendance and ensure weekly meetings stay on schedule.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation.
  • Strong skills in cold emailing, scraping leads, and outreach messaging.
  • Confident on calls with businesses and decision-makers.
  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and organise leads on Google Sheets.


KPIs

  • 4+ meetings booked per week for the Founder.
  • 200–300 total daily outreach actions (email + SMS + calls + LinkedIn).
  • 2–3 new hotel partnerships per week.
  • Clean and updated lead sheet daily.


Compensation & Growth

  • Part-time: 20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with proven success
  • Performance-based bonus structure for closed sales after 3 months
  • Direct mentorship and training from the company founder
