Sales Service Representative

• Location: Karachi / Remote
• Timing: Monday – Friday (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Experience Required: 3–6 months in Sales or Lead Generation
  

• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal clients through persuasive communication.
• Promote Pixtech Lab’s services across digital platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and others.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Proficiency in lead generation, sales strategies, and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Familiarity with online communities (Twitter, Discord, and similar platforms).
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience (3–6 months) in sales, lead generation, or customer support is an advantage.
