CEI is a pioneer in providing software solutions to companies using ASME, PD, EN and AWS safety codes for pressure vessels and welding procedures The Position:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to administer, configure, and customize our internal business processes and systems. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based G&A department The primary goal for this role is to improve integration and ease of use in our day-to-day operations. There will be a heavy focus on systems that enable our Sales and Support teams to easily access the information they need in everyday work. However, there is not a limit to the departments supported by the role Systems currently in-use:
o Slack – our primary communication tool and integration hub
o Salesforce – our CRM, order/contract management, and customer service system. Integration with Slack, JIRA, and HubSpot.
o Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence) – our primary project management tools. Integration with Slack and Salesforce.
o M365 – our core business platform. It is used for managing our internal computer systems and we leverage Mail, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office Suite for various business needs.
o HubSpot – our marketing automation platform
o Ring-central – our external phone system

• The above list of systems is not exhaustive, and the individual hired into our team will drive adoption and deprecation of any changes needed in systems. Opportunities also extend to assisting with well entrenched CI systems for build and test automation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and gather functional requirements from stakeholders and convert them into technical specifications
• Ability to develop custom reports and design dashboards
• Ability to migrate data (Data import, Data loader, etc.)
• Ability to manage tasks in JIRA using agile project management principles
• Ability to integrate with external API endpoints (SOAP, REST, SAML, JSON, XML etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Administration role
• 1+ years experience integrating Salesforce with external applications
• 1+ years experience with JIRA (or similar task management system)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Development with Salesforce Apex (Desirable)
• Salesforce Certifications (Desirable)
