Salesforce Administrator

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Checks for the changes that need to be done for making the business processes effective.
• Providing admin level support to the business users.
• Works as the main system administrator for handling the work environment of salesforce.com with multiple users.
• Checks for restrictions on user accounts for vital data accessibility
• Takes care of the removal of redundant and duplicity of user accounts
• Manages all executive functions such as maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, and additional conventional tasks
• Organizes the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development
• Serves as the link connecting the application developers, business people, and users
• Remains responsible for creating and maintaining reports in salesforce.com and extracting insights from data for advancing business revenue
• Handles all technological resources associated with sales and the feeding of data into Salesforce
• Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications
• Administration of the Salesforce environment, including customizing and implementing, security model, custom applications, object Management, Lightning App Builder, workflow rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and so on.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to support additional business processes or functions. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Salesforce administrator certified and Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Health Cloud (Preferred).
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Orgs.
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile development process.
• Execute complete life cycle for simple to moderately complex application components based on design specifications.
• Resolve technical issues through data mapping, function mapping, altering configuration tables and fields within Salesforce.
• Proficient in Salesforce Declarative Development (Point-and-Click). 
• Should have a thorough understanding of configuration of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, and record types).
• Strong SOQL skills and familiarity.
• Must know how to migrate data using tools like data loader, work bench, dataloader.io to perform data migration.
