Salesforce Developer - Lahore Onsite


Client company introduction:


Our client company builds software for contact centers - Cisco UCCE, UCCX or PCCE, or Freeswitch/ FusionPBX. They provide CTI integration with Oracle Siebel or Oracle Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and SAP Interaction Center, adding multimedia collaboration channels and media routing such as Chat over any chat channel (SMS, Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger)l, as well as multimedia outbound campaigns.

Also, provide call center supervisors with tools to plan, track and score customer interactions, finesse gadgets, reporting solutions, and wallboards.


Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Product Manager in AI Conversation Design, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and enhancement of AI technologies that drive seamless and intelligent customer interactions. Youll utilize your expertise in AI tech stacks, large language models (LLMs), and conversational AI to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Your insights will help align our products vision with market needs and emerging opportunities in AI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies. Ensure availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues.
  • Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation.
  • Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Apex development experience required in developing triggers.
  • Lightning Web Components and Sales Cloud experience is a must.
  • Solution design experience with simplicity first approach required.
  • Assisting in the process of turning business requirements into design specifications.


Requirements:


  • 1 - 2 Years of Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud and Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events.
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow.
  • Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
  • Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience leading activities on structured team development projects.
  • Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience in CRM business processes like Lead Management, Account Management, and Case Management.
  • Experience with ETL and integration platform tools (like Mulesoft, Informatica).
  • Experience with Git, merging, managing branches, and resolving conflicts.
  • Experience with supporting manual/automated functional testing and unit testing.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams of varying skill levels.
  • Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration with various 3rd party applications using REST.
  • Knowledge of .Net and JS framework development is a plus.


Certifications and Licenses:

  • Salesforce Certified Developer credentials.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder/Application/System/Technical Architect credentials a plus.
