About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing automated marketing journeys, email campaigns, and data-driven communications across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy personalized and automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Utilize tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to create targeted customer journeys
• Manage subscriber data, segmentation strategies, and data extensions for effective targeting
• Create dynamic and responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, A/B test variations, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and optimize user engagement
• Stay updated with the latest SFMC features, trends, and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder
• Proficient in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for dynamic content and email scripting
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with A/B testing, performance analytics, and campaign reporting
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (preferred)
