Must Have**

  • Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end Fieldglass implementation projects, including design, testing, and deployment.
  • Integrate Fieldglass with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and other third-party systems.
  • Provide support for Fieldglass workflows, templates, and reporting.
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fieldglass applications.
  • Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
