Position Overview

We are hiring a Scrum Master to lead the execution and delivery of client projects. This role requires someone who understands Agile deeply but also has strong project management instincts to handle real-world client demands, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, run clean sprints, maintain constant communication with both internal teams and external clients, and drive accountability without over-complicating the process.

Skills and Experience

Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery projects: daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding sprint status, timelines, blockers, and deliverables

Maintain and organize sprint boards (Jira or equivalent) with clear timelines, updated tasks, and aligned priorities

Collaborate with account managers and technical leads to ensure commitments made to clients are being met

Identify risks, manage scope changes, and ensure delivery does not derail due to miscommunication or poor planning

Balance Agile best practices with project management structure to suit client needs

Ensure clarity between client expectations and the sprint team's execution both technically and deadline-wise

Review sprint metrics and drive continuous improvement based on delivery KPIs

Coordinate across multiple squads if needed to manage dependencies and shared resources

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role preferably in an agency or outsourced delivery environment

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, with relevant certification.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to represent the team to the client and the client to the team

Proficient in Jira and/or other task management tools

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
