Job Summary:

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing program management from Daraz. Overseeing critical domains like new programs launch, adoption, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of programs adoption strategies
• Maintain and update programs database and trackers.
• Extract data to gauge performance monitoring and impact analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, identify blockers and align way forward
• Roll out performance reports and present in weekly meetings.
• Provide assistance in handling day to day tasks and problem solving.
• Build/Implement SOPs for day to say operations involving multiple stake holders.
• Perform excel automation to reduce manual work

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Education Bachelor’s in business/CS or related field
• Mid-level SQL proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field (tech company preferred)
• Experience with data analysis preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
