Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and high-performing applications. Someone who brings an agile mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL, and a strong enthusiasm for AI/ML technologies (Python). You will play a key role in developing, and scaling our AI-driven platform, working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express frameworks.

· Build and optimize frontend applications using React.js, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

· Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage PostgreSQL performance tuning.

· Integrate AI/ML models (Python) into production workflows and collaborate with AI engineers for deployment and fine-tuning.

· Implement best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.

· Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups — while continuously improving team velocity.

· Drive end-to-end ownership of projects from design to deployment.

· Stay current with emerging technologies in AI and full-stack development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Experience

· 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

· Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and iterative delivery.

· Proven expertise in Node.js and React.js ecosystems.

· Strong experience with PostgreSQL (database design, performance optimization, and migrations).

· Good understanding of Python and ability to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

· Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.

· Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless applications.

· Experience in prompt engineering, data preprocessing, or AI API integrations.
