Responsibilities:
- Lead as a Team Lead, take client interview calls relating to AI, give expert advice & train the AI team.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-based systems and algorithms that can solve complex problems and improve business processes.
- Lead & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
- Develop and implement data collection, preprocessing, and analysis pipelines to support AI-based systems and algorithms.
- Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate the performance of AI-based systems and algorithms.
- Implement and maintain AI-based solutions and systems in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Must have experience with Client Facing and team management.
- Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, basic algorithms.
- Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects.
- Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementations.
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models from OpenAI, HuggingFace, and other AI platforms.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch ecosystem and model development.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models.
- Experience with modern Computer Vision architectures (e.g., Vision Transformers, YOLO).
- Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, and model deployment architecture.
- Expertise in REST API development.
- Strong MLOps experience including model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
- Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and its applications.
- Great communication and collaboration skills especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Programming experience in Java & C++.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Dask).
- Knowledge of modern attention mechanisms and transformer variants.
- Experience with few-shot learning and advanced prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding systems.
- Experience with model optimization using TensorRT.
- Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Knowledge of model quantization and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in applying AI to practical and all-inclusive technology solutions.
