The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in building scalable, secure applications on AWS cloud. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, architectural vision, and the ability to lead development initiatives across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- Drive full stack development initiatives, including backend APIs, services, and modern frontend frameworks
- Architect solutions using AWS services aligned with best practices for cloud-native applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and DevOps for end-to-end solution delivery
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to development teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in solution design
- Develop detailed architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software design, architecture, and development
- Proven expertise in full stack development, including backend (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET) and frontend (e.g., React, Angular)
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS, including services like Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices, distributed systems, and design patterns
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership in technical delivery and mentorship
- Experience with Python and exposure to AI/ML development frameworks and practices
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to mobile application development and architecture
